Yes it's fine but doesn't have much in the way of nutrients in it. You may be better off "spending" your calories on things that are more nutrient dense.

Can i replace jaggery with peanut butter [emoji1645]? actually i made (oats+ nuts) sweet at home so i need to add something sweet in it to taste
