Is it possible to know what the current (or most recent) stats are for the length of LE diet? 6-8 weeks, 12+ weeks etc!
We’ve taken a little break from TTC & swaying due to issues with chemical losses & it messing up my cycle, so trying to get prepared & work out the earliest time we can start trying again as I’ve fallen majorly off the diet for a while now!

You don't need to know them. We've been tracking this for about ten years now, and anything longer than 12 weeks has always gotten great results. Anything longer than 6-8 weeks has gotten acceptably good results. Keep in mind you may not even get pregnant the first month out, so what I'd do is give it six weeks and then start trying.

That’s great thank you Atomic! I didn’t really want to wait another 12 weeks but my diet has been TERRIBLE recently so a bit nervous but I’ll do it for 6 weeks then start trying again, we haven’t been successful with a sticky pregnancy for these couple of months anyway so yes might take longer than the 6 weeks to fall anyway!
Thank you!
