    Cooked tomatoes

Annoying question I know however I wanted to ask if cooked tomatoes are ok (I know you said nothing is forbidden but im trying to avoid tomatoes due to potassium) - I read somewhere that cooked are ok but raw are not?

They're all fine. you just count calories in the cooked ones and not raw.

The old school diets had people avoid tomatoes but that is because of potassium. We have different rules on LE Diet because we don't eat all the dairy. https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...s-edition.html
