Annoying question I know however I wanted to ask if cooked tomatoes are ok (I know you said nothing is forbidden but im trying to avoid tomatoes due to potassium) - I read somewhere that cooked are ok but raw are not?

They're all fine. you just count calories in the cooked ones and not raw.
