Hi there - for those that have successfully swayed girl - can I ask the exact type of vitamins you used for calcium and magnesium? There are soooo many types!
I know Solgar is a good brand....also did you make sure it was calcium citrate?

I don't recommend brands but just wanted to reiterate that you MUST be sure you're not taking Vitamin D (which is added to many calcium products) or any other nutrient other than just cal-mag. Some cal/mags have other nutrietns added to them. Avoid those.
