DH was taking omega 3 how much do their supps effect sways?

Sorry it’s me again 😫

I’ve been driving myself crazy recently as I said in a previous post we didn’t get a chance to fully start a girl sway and I found out he was taking zinc vitamin c and omega 3.

All I see in successful boy sways is fish oil for DH and DW! I wasn’t taking anything I was focusing on losing weight and keep calories down. He never used to take this stuff then he starts a few months before we ttc. How important is the DH part in a sway how does fish oil sway boy?

Sorry for being a pest I am totally consumed by the gender of this baby as it will be my only chance at a girl and I still have 5 weeks to wait!

Those supplements may improve sperm health and that's how they're meant to sway blue, but the truth is that what men do matters very little.
