This looks very promising for blue swayers - it certainly cannot hurt you in any way and it very well appears that it may help control weight gain on the HE Diet.
An apple a day may help fight obesity - TODAY Health
Pink swayers, please don't feel you now need to cut out apples from your diet - this was only true in those eating a high fat diet! LE Diet is NOT high fat. Apples are fine for TTC pink and great for TTC Blue!

We do not base our diets on the same science that the FGD/IGD sway diets do.
We do not use mineral balancing and pH as the basis for our diet and instead focus on nutrients overall (more nutrients sway blue) and keeping our blood sugar in normal range by our food choices and eating patterns.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Eating bananas does not work, Laura.
If you guys like bananas they're fine, but they are very fattening as fruit goes and have very little nutrition in them. Even when it comes to potassium, there are far better options in terms of fruit and veg that have more potassium and other nutrients.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I wrote this back in 2012, so the link doesn't seem to be working any more.
