Ok
So got the big nutrient and hormone panel back. I have low testosterone for starters but the Dr said that could be from nursing. It’s supposed to be in the 2-3 range mine was 1. Thyroid is good except free T was high so going to slow down on the thyroid supplement. I’m low in all the b vitamins, potassium, a majority of the amino acids, sodium, magnesium, Vit A, C, D and my digestive enzymes are extremely low. So I have taken a pic of all the supplements he wants to put me on to balance my levels. I am extremely worried these may sway pink with the megadose effect since I still will be taking my prenatal, omega, Vit D and folate, per his direction. I am thinking perhaps when I do the 4-6 weeks of he to drop all these supplements except the probiotic, prenatal, folate, Vit D and omega. I can also send pics of the results if you’d like for reference. He did say my blood glucose was excellent and insulin was really good. Here’s them…

Yes, levels of testosterone can be lower in nursing moms. Do keep in mind that testosterone and gender outcome of offspring has never been proven so if that reading is accurate, it honestly doesn't mean anything for your sway. I have had pink swayers who had their T tested and were so happy because their T seemed just practically non-existent, who got boys and were just absolutely shocked by it. I've seen this happen so often that I am just simply not convinced that T levels really tell us anything about swaying.
Now, as healthy as you've been eating for as long as you've been eating that way, I have to tell you I'm pretty skeptical of all this. I guess the theory would be you have low digestive enzymes and are not absorbing the nutrients from your foods? Because otherwise I simply do not see how that could be even remotely the case with the quality and quantity of foods you've been eating. Yes, you did lose some weight, but that was done in a healthy way and you added muscle at the same time. I'm just not sure I believe these tests.
For starters, it is pretty uncommon for anyone eating a decent diet (let alone as good as yours has been) and already taking supplements to have a Vitamin A deficiency. So uncommon that I strongly advise you get a second opinion before taking Vit. A supplements, because they can harm not only a future pregnancy (Vitamin A builds up in your body because it's fat soluble and is proven to cause birth defects) but also your health and possibly that of your nursing baby from Hypervitaminosis A. I would absolutely not take any Vitamin A without having this unlikely deficiency verified by a second party unrelated to the original interaction. Additionally, the retinyl palmitate form of Vit. A is NOT SAFE at higher than 100% intake before and during pregnancy (Google it, it's a definite Scary Thing!) I just really can't recommend that.
Some of the things, I simply don't have a feel for how they sway or if they're safe. When I don't know if something is safe, or how it sways, I never recommend them. (like milk thistle - people take it, but I haven't seen enough people to truly have a vibe for the safety and sway power of it.) This is especially true because you're breastfeeding. This stuff will come through in the milk and I just cannot say if it's safe or a good idea in any way. It doesn't feel like a good idea to load up on all that stuff, at least not without a second opinion that you even need it.
I'm very worried that the high dose B vitamins will act to disrupt your cycle as I've seen them disrupt so many other people's cycles. I can't recommend taking them for that reason alone.
I don't recommend taking such a high dose of magnesium for anyone. Magnesium is used as a laxative and that is like over twice as much as the max dose. I think you'd be in the bathroom so much that any nutrient you took would leave the building faster than Elvis with that magnesium intake! It makes no sense to me to be worrying about your digestion while giving you a supplement that actively makes nutrients fly through you too fast to be absorbed!
The digestive enzymes and amino acids are at your discretion, as is the Camu fruit powder. I can't specifically recommend them as I haven't seen gobs of people swaying while taking them, but I don't think they're as potentially fraught with harm as the other stuff.
Just in the interest of full disclosure, I have had one client in the past who came to me with these kinds of tests, with the red, yellow, green colors on it. She too was supposedly shockingly low in everything, started taking all these supplements the medical professional told her she desperately needed (and she'd been swaying pink so while I was still a bit skeptical, I wasn't quite as dubious as I am right now - although she was allegedly extremely low in nutrients she should not have been low in that aren't even limited on the LE Diet) and after a couple months on them, her hair started mysteriously falling out and having some other strange side effects. I was at a loss, and eventually it got so bad that she ended up seeing a different doctor who tested her and...she was suffering from arsenic poisoning (!!!) Now, I can't prove that the supplements she had been given were linked in any way, but I've had a lot of clients by now and none of them ever had arsenic poisoning, and it started a very short time after she'd been on massive doses of supplements for deficiencies that didn't make any sense. Studies have shown some dietary supplements just are not being tested enough and may be contaminated with other things including heavy metals.: https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMp0904768. My point is not to cast aspersions on anyone, but now as I'm sitting here seeing another person with the exact same sort of tests, being told they're low in things that it really doesn't make any sense that they're low in...IDK. I just feel like I need to let you know about that experience, because something about this just is not adding up to me.

Hmmm that is interesting! I did have 3 C-sections and they do give you mega antibiotics each time and I definitely don’t feel right in the gut department - like I can send my husband out of the room with my gas!!! And just randomly farting all the time. Would the digestive enzyme ones be ok since they’re kinda like a probiotic? I’d really prefer to get all this from food sources and not pills I am really wary of vitamin A, too. I bought all the crap I have pictured because well, he had it all ready for me and his family is very close to us, plus had given us the cost pricing etc etc I couldn’t say no [emoji30] so just tell me which ones you think are ok- if any- and which to just save till post childbearing years (if ever). The high doses of vitamin C also worry me as I’ve seen them added to some blue sway opposites sway attempts. I eat raw sweet peppers daily which are high in C and like a lb of broc and cauliflower a day. Hmm. He DID encourage continued consumption of organic grass fed dairy and red meat and eggs and basically all the boy friendly foods so that’s good. I really value your taking the time to look over all this thank you so so much!

I'm ok with the digestive enzymes and the amino acids, but I can't truly say how they sway because I haven't seen people taking them and getting boys OR girls, so if they have some hidden sway effect I wouldn't know that. Also I can't say regarding safety when nursing so use your own judgement there.
I agree about high dose Vit C simply from a safety perspective - people use 1000 mg Vitamin C as a kind of at home morning-after pill and sometimes later on in pregnancy too. It doesn't work really, but I think people should probably avoid it when TTC for that reason.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

He also said to up my Vit D to 2,000 (IU?) a day - what’s your thoughts? My Vit d was at 39 and he wanted it between 80-100.
I’m going to probably just take the probiotic, digestive enzymes and amino acids UNTIL I have first ovulation then not take them in the 4-6 weeks before my attempts. Except keep the probiotic.

That's absolutely fine with me! Vit. D is good.
