None. Don't gain any weight at all. People who are already carrying some extra weight should just aim at holding steady. Too much weight gain may sway pink so just hold where you're at.

Please just lose the weight and do not regain it. There is no point in losing weight and gaining it back. That is probably even more pink friendly than just losing it.

You do NOT need to add if you are a blue swayer who is overweight. You can just hold steady where you are. This is the advice I give all blue swayers. The advice for blue swayers to gain weight for blue sways originally is based on MY research, so regardless of what anyone else is telling you, I am the person you should listen to.
Because your BMI is high, the rules change. You can't use the same rules as someone who is underweight. It is not healthy and it probably would only sway pink by harming your health and fertility severely. You already have a lot of muscle mass and the fat tissue that makes estrogen. You have these things already, so you don't need to gain weight to get them. You can just hold steady where you're at. And even if you lose a small amount of weight you will still have them.
Losing weight and then regaining it will still have all the effects of swaying pink (you will lower your muscle mass and lose some fat tissue) and then regaining it very quicklywill still be unhealthy and harm your overall fertility. It is WORSE than nothing. You both take the risks of losing weight AND the risks of gaining weight when you're already overweight.
We have seen many many many blue swayers at higher BMI hold steady and even lose a bit of weight and still get boys if they were eating an HE type diet and just not eating too many calories, especially when they're doing weight lifting exercises.. It is totally possible to eat HE Diet and not gain weight - those of us with all boys do it just as a matter of course.
The best option is just to hold steady where you're at. If you're telling me you have to lose 2-3 kilos, that's ok too, do it slowly over time in a healthy way while eating HE-style diet and exercising. Do NOT regain that weight back. There is no benefit to you in doing that and it will only up the risks of being unhealthy during pregnancy.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I can't ever really sign off on diet unless I know what your overall diet looks like. But cutting sugar is likely a good idea because it's just empty calories you don't need. Be sure you're eating nutritionally dense foods.
I would start supplements as soon as you can.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

If it's more protein and fat than you were eating before (you don't have to eat more calories, I want you to stay at the same weight) and you're eating protein and carbs at every meal then that's great.
