Do you think this is a nub or leg?

This is the only photo I have so far and it was taken at 12w 4d. Not the best I know, but the tech was saying that this was the nub? She also said she was thinking girl but we are finding out in two weeks (20 week mark) and I'm just curious if anyone would be able to tell me if this IS the nub and what the gender may be? Thanks!

Ugh, I agree. The tech was in a hurry and only printed out two photos and I could hardly make them out! Thanks anyway!

If that is the nub, the angle is girly, but the shape looks boyish to me, 50/50 goodluck.
