    Is quorn mince ok ?

It's high in protein but very low fat,cal and sodium.ingredients are
Mycoprotein 88% rehydrated free range egg white, and roasted barley malt extract.
I'm hoping to make a kind of bolognase using tomatoes and egg noodles,I'm missing meat badly.

    Nutritional values
    Per 1/4 pack
    10.9 pro
    1.5 fat
    0.1 sod
    79 calories

Also are these salad leaves ok ?
    Baby green leaf
    Lambs lettuce
    Rocket
    Baby red leaf

And finally this houmus it's low fat, sod, and protein but not sure about the ingredients

    Cooked chick peas 52%
    water
    Sesame seed paste 7%
    rapeseed oil,
    Concentrated lemon juice
    Salt
    Garlic
    Cornflour
    Preservative

Obviously if ok all would be eaten and kept within daily ranges.you'd never of known today is CD 1 would you !

I would (and did!) eat all those things within the daily constraints of the LE diet.
