I'm hoping to make a kind of bolognase using tomatoes and egg noodles,I'm missing meat badly.

Obviously if ok all would be eaten and kept within daily ranges.you'd never of known today is CD 1 would you!

I would (and did!) eat all those things within the daily constraints of the LE diet.
