I have recently come off my BCP as I am hoping to have my pre- testing done over the next few months. My problem is that I have an extremely irregular cycle and wondered if it would be ok to take Vitex as I have read that it can help to bring my cycle into some sort of pattern. Do you think it might interfere with my blood work results though? Thanks
