Exclamation Hubby Is Considering Helping Me Sway PINK ..Need HELP Please!

Well my hubby knows how driven I am to get my baby girl..and he knows eventually that I will win. So reluctantly is considering helping me sway because it would probably make it happen. So I would love any help that anyone can give right away. I am currently CD 12 and it looks like I'm heading toward a positive opk probably around CD 15 or 16 SOONER than CD 21,22, or 23 that I've been doing for months now. So ..different things are happening in my body and that makes me happy! Sign that it's a great change for a girl!

I've been pretty depressed lately so I haven't been working out, but I'm going to start tonight! LOL
But tonight added magnesium to my list of supplements I am taking. I am currently BFing so I can only take so many supplements, I'm also going to eat some yams haha

Okay so.. my main concern is hubby's supplements.. What does he need to take..
    Calcium, B-50 Complex, Magnesium..Drink some 1 cup cranberry juice daily(Ones I'm taking)
Saw Palmetto.. Cranberry.. Wild Yam etc..
Can he work out? Or will it raise testosterone? Can he work out.. without weights?
I saw at the store tonight what saw p does and I had no idea saw palmetto was for prostate health. That is interesting to me, I don't know how it helps a woman sway girl. Can anyone enlighten me please? Atomic?

He would rather work out ...VERY lightly a bit each day So would that be okay?

Also need to choose BD plan.. either we know we need to do it EVERY DAY from end of AF to O or.. Abstain a week.
I got some rephfresh, so a daily BD plan wouldn't keep a constant PH.
Has anyone here been brave enough to BD every day? LOL

Thanks ladies you are awesome, and sorry for rambling, I'm excited! ! !

aww great news that he wants to help you!

I don't know much about the supplements so won't advise you on those. I was still BF and took only vitex and vit B6 the month of my attempt.

you're not doing any of the diets, you said? are you cutting anything out?

you could BD every other day if your DH will release on the days inbetween - with FR you don't need to BD every day provided he releases at least once every day.

good luck! being positive is always a very good sign

My dh is willing to take supps twice a day, whatever I set out for him. From af-o he takes LR, cranberry, baby asa and zyrtec the day before attempt. All month long he takes calcium and mag.

Oh and I think the LR is the most important for him, there are noticeable changes.

?? I would swear I answered this already, I'm terribly sorry. Sometimes I click to answer and get interrupted. never be afraid to give a post a bump or even PM me with a link because I try to answer every question in a timely manner.

The most important things for DH to do are to take licorice root from YOUR AF-O and then either abstain or do FR.

I don't think he should work out with weights unless he already does but I would not have him stop if he enjoys it.

If he's willing to give up red meat that will help, all meat and eggs will help even more.

Saw palmetto lowers the amount of testosterone that your body can use, so that both helps prostates when men take it and also sways pink when women take it.
