I have been eyeing that for awhile and have been wondering the same thing...

have you tried the corn pasta from there? I use that a lot, it's pretty good!

That's funny! I don't know about the acidity stuff, I don't bother with that aspect, it seems to stressful to me. I eat popcorn at jest once a day if not more plus the corn pasta often. I can't worry too much about too many things, thus process us crazy enough to me, kwim? ; )

I am going to give it a couple of weeks though and check back. I was about 6.5 today.
REGULAR corn is acidic. corn that has been treated with lye (hominy, corn tortillas) is alkaline.

I really put zero stock into the acid/alkaline diet stuff. I can all but guarantee ya, people who eat a diet of nothing but corn tortillas all day long will have more GIRLS than boys because their diets are lacking in a zillion other nutrients.

I cannot honestly say because the T-raising stuff in oats is in the "avenocosides" and I can't tell if that's in just the fiber or not. It prob. depends on how the fiber was processed. My gut instinct would be that it's ok but just can't say for sure.
