Hi All,
Ive been on the LE diet for about 10 weeks now and for the last couple i of weeks i have noticed a large increase in my shedding.
To the point where my hemline is becoming noticeably thinner.
Anyone else had this?
Could it be linked with the LE diet??
prior to LE diet i was probably quiet nutrient rich, not necessarily from my food intake but from multivitamins, I also took extra vitamins for the growth, strength and condition of my hair. Of course i have stopped all these. I dont think its just the 'stopping' of the hair vitamins that has caused this shed, because i have stopped the hair supplements before with no noticeable change in shedding

Mine fell out a lot and continued to do so for the first 5 or 6 months of pregnancy! I have lots of curly hair thankfully so it didn't show and I'm prone to quite a bit of shedding anyway, but it definitely got a lot worse.
