I did the worst thing today…went food shopping just before lunch argh!!! I was doing well until I got home and unpacked, i couldn't get lunch out quick enough! SO I may have indulged in 2, (possibly 3 ahem) oreos! Then we went out for dinner for a back to school treat for my eldest but I kept it veggie. SO haven't been the best today but did 10k power walk/run today so hoping that helps.

Glad I found this thread as am struggling with meals for my girl sway, I have no problem with exercising, eating only two meals per day and no snacking but am probably eating the wrong food when I do eat, today I had a salad for lunch, humus and carrot sticks and then dinner I had chips, veggie burger with cheese in a bap! I find it hard to fill my calorie allowance on just two meals!

You're allowed three or even four meals I think the skipping breakfast part is about going a while between meals in the morning but could be wrong! You could add in a rice and veggies meal too xx

Hi Girlie
I will copy and paste an extract from Atomic where she responded to someone else re what food we can eat..
"Don't focus on foods. Focus on limits. You can have ANY food you want (seriously, there are no forbidden foods for pink) and instead of making this diet that everyone MUST do all the same, this way everyone can eat what they personally like and know how to prepare and are available in their areas"

I still felt guilty chocolate! Thanks, it was hard when my husband and brother were sat there eating steak! I may have consoled myself with a couple of margaritas!

Girlie I feel exactly the same. I am glad I'm not alone! Although because I can't eat breakfast or snack I find that it's exactly what I want to do! But keeping busy helps keep my mind off it. I have been adding in some wine or other alcohol that helps to add in calories. And actually adding in a little treat helps too. I think it's allowed! But someone please tell me if it's not!
