Just had a peak at the menu again, think I'll have the thin pizza with a side salad and the sorbet.... And go back after the attempt and eat a burger and the chocolate tart ha ha!!! Pizza is a good compromise as I won't feel like I'm missing out :-) My first attempt ovulation is around the time I have a family day out planned and a spa day... I'm going to have to have willpower to take a packed lunch and avoid my usual food choices on the spa day. I knew it would fall around then :-( Going to have to make sure I exercise when I get back from the day trip too and before the spa day, joys!!

AF is finally here!! I had a small snack yesterday as my AF cheat. Today, I'm back at it.
First meal- egg biscuit and banana. Second meal- broccoli with white rice and a few bite of chicken, red licorice and a small bite of milk chocolate. Third meal- Tortilla with refried beans, lettuce, tomato and salsa with a glass of white wine and raspberry sherbert for dessert.
1771cals, 67g protein, 42g fat
* I need a tad bit more protein the first day of AF. I normally have 40-50g, which is low for breastfeeding.

Sounds like a great day of food!!
My Af should be here tomorrow or Monday. Thought it would be here today as slight spotting for 3 days but nope! Should have similar cycle to you :-)

I cannot tell you how many calories I consumed today, a cheat day is OK right? Getting back on the diet tomorrow. Are breastfeeders suppose to eat more? Am still feeding my youngest but he is down 1 - 2 feeds per day!

Breastfeeders should eat 1800-2000 calories. You may try 1600-1800 calories since he's eating less. I eat more since my guy is 5mo.
Cheats are mandatory to keep sticking to the diet. Just pick back up tomorrow.

Great, I struggle to make my calorie intake with two meals per day, my youngest is over two, so he does not feed that often. Today I have had cup of tea with sugar, at half one I had scrambled eggs and soda toasted! I love hearing what you ladies eat it gives me ideas!

Today I've had some salad and cous cous and a roll with sandwich spread in, no butter. Didn't enjoy the salad and cous cous so only ate half. Will probably have rolls later too as just don't fancy anything else really. Shame I've gone off the cous cous as that's easy and I did enjoy it,but guess having it daily does that too you!

Chilli sounds yum!! Well cous cous is good for being high carbs bur hardly any fat so it gets the calories up without upping the fat and low salt too so I find it easy

Well I had an iceberg and cuc salad followed by 2 oreos for lunch at 12 and then a WW wrap with some WW grated cheese and little bit of homemade hummus for dinner with a couple of random lonely florets of raw broccoli and cauliflower with hummus! Followed by another 2 oreos, they are addictive! I am quite proud of my self that I managed to stick to just 2! But I lost albs last week when I was having 2 after lunch and dinner so I'm thinking maybe the treatiness of them helped me stay on track!! Wishful thinking I think but hey-ho!
I'm curious to know how much sugar people are consuming?
