    Had a sort of off day, had my 2 rolls for lunch with sandwich spread but then made pizza and had 1 big slice and also made home made biscuits and had a few of those! Will probably treat that as tea and try not to have anything else.
    Been battling a head ache the last 2 days, could do without that at the moment.

    I just made an awesome soup! First I roasted carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and sweet potato oh and leeks! Then purred them in the food processor. Added low sodium beef broth and some pepper and chilli powder. Upon serving I topped off a bit of fat free sour cream. Very delic!

    wow, well done everyone. Today I had for breakfast a cup of tea, one sugar For lunch I had a cheese and tomato sandwich with gallons of diet coke. I am late home so not sure what I will have for dinner, I have to get the children to bed first! some of your meals sound delightful and delicious!

    What are safe low protein foods you ladies eat when you e run out if protein and fat fir the day but still have calories to fill. Do you eat candy?

    I really don't have a sweet tooth and it kills me to try to eat junky foods. Is there any alternative?

    I have red licorice, angel food cake, free veggies, fruit, bananas, wine, etc to bump up calories.

    Haha Im not much of a wine drinker plus I am nervous since i am BF but i might give it a try...

    Any suggestions for a non wine drinker?

    Also, I don't drink coffee.. any tips on how to make this tasty?

    Lunch today 4 corn cakes with 2 slices of ww cheese, a pear and a few jelly beans. Dinner will be king prawn risotto with a side of asparagus. I've been eating the m&s balanced for you vegi meals as there is only two of us at home atm, and just adding a extra side of veg and they are so filling and well within my limits.
