    Meal replacements are chock full of added vitamins and not a good idea.

    Juice fasts are also something that I am not a fan of because I don't find them to be healthy prepregnancy diet, they can delay or stop ovulation and i feel like people end up cutting back way, way too far and it's very triggering for ED. I know of some people who conceived girls during or after juice fasts (for weight loss or religious reasons) but I do not recommend them as a sway tactic.

    Plus - if you think LE is hard to stick to, juice diets are hard to stick to!!!

    I've done juice fasts many times. I actually did one before I conceived my son! Hahahhah!

    Well, ooops. Yeah, I have been having something small every 1-2 hours. I just don't do meals! Not anymore. I feel like I put TOO much in my meals if I want a meal. When I was eating meals I was eating an entire avocado, plus a lot of cheese, which would put me over the fat limits. Sigh. At least I can consistently skip the first meal of the day. I am doing well with that, it's just snacking is what everyone in my house does, so it's a habit that is super hard to break!

    How's everyone doing? I'm back on track with both the diet and exercise after my tummy bug. Off to a friend's BBQ today but I'm taking a couscous salad I made with chopped up roasted peppers, courgette/zucchini and onions and no oil so I can eat that confidently :-D

    Weezie that sounds so yummy!!! Do you add any type of dressing at all? or just roasted veggies and couscous?

    I want to share something I found cool.
    My Friend of mine noticed that I have lost about 10 pounds and badly wanted to know HOW I lost the weight. I didn't mention anything to do with the LE diet, I just basically said Ive been watching how much protein and fat I am eating and trying to eat more salads as well as walking most days. Kept it short. Anyways, (Keep in mind she has a daughter) she said, "Oh Nessa you are so good, see my biggest problem is I don't eat ALLL DAY and then at dinner and before bed I eat cookies, cake, candy, etc, I really need to stop eating only at night and also try to start at least walking". She is a bit overweight and loves her rich creamy foods in the evening. She also always has her nails done. Anyways I just thought to myself that she likely has the girl lifestyle! I just think its cool that I can make these parallels!

    Well, if that works for you, I do know people who got girls that way. I do not recommend them, but that is something you could contemplate and choose to do if you thought it would be doable.

    Yes that is the exact diet I see many of my blue swayers doing. Eating nothing all day and then sweets + a diet coke for dinner.

    Remember though, all you have to do is change what you were doing before. Don't compare yourself to anyone else but what you were doing before.

    No dressing as such. I roasted the veg slowly in small chunks turning them regularly and added a little balsamic vinegar. I sprayed the tray beforehand with oil spray too x
