I do penne pasta with no fat Italian dressing, little feta, cucumbers.
It's not very exciting but it tastes good.
Today I had a penne pasta with pesto and parmesan. That was delish!!
I haven't eaten meat for 2.5 months. I'm shocked I've stuck to it!

Have any of you noticed that you hit a point on the diet that you actually don't want red meat anymore or your eating habits change like a light switch?
I have been on the LE diet loosely for the past 3-4 months (I think) and all of a sudden, I am not really in the mood for a steak. This is so unheard of for me. And I am eating about half the meat that I used to eat. And now I am not even all that hungry for snacks most days. Just so strange. I have not had ppaf yet either, so it might just be a hormonal shift or something. Just thought I would ask.me (42 ) DH (43)

Yes! I still sometimes want chicken if I see a delicious looking dish. I do not crave red meat at all and another thing that changed for me is I now do not crave chocolate or sweets! I used to HAVE to have it at night. Now I don't get that craving. I think all the carbs is something my body was missing bc I've been doing low carb diets for so long now!

I completely miss my meat! And fish! And avocados! I'll be eating a steak or burger or bolognaise or chili the moment I get my BFP! We're all different :-)
I did ok yesterday given we were hosting:
Breakfast - black coffee
Lunch - two weight watchers wraps filled with chopped tomatoes and mushrooms and a little low fat mayo, with some Baked crisps. I had a pretty low calorie lunch as I'd planned a big Caribbean feast for our guests
Snack - two G&Ts and some crisps and hummus, then a cocktail DH made with pink grapefruit juice, lychee liquor, St Germain and pink grapefruit vodka! Awesome!
Dinner - sweet potato and black bean curry and homemade slaw (zero fat), 2 glasses of Prosecco, 1 glass red wine and a slice of my pina colada pie2009
