Kind of feeling sorry for myself. It's CD 30 and no ovulation yet. Still getting clear - ve in opks, and Temps are not helping! I usually have a 32 day cycle, and the longest cycle I've had in my adult life is maybe 45, which was just once!
I wish this horrible gray zone will end. I just want my period, and to reset:-( attached is my chart!
I haven't even been too strict on the diet, so don't know why this is occurring. I'm not even interested in E4D anymore! CM is sticky /cloudy today. I had lots of EWCM yesterday (CD 29) and on CD 23. This is not really helping anymore.
I've been feeling unusually achy, tired and sleepy past two days!
I've been testing with opks twice a day, every single day, since CD 10. So I didn't miss it, right? The latest I've ovulated is CD 21 and earliest is CD 17. My cycles and ovulation is usually pretty on track!

Thanks Noemi, I’m sorry we are having similar difficulties, it’s not fun. I used ubiquinol through my 2 rounds of HT. 1 cycle was a bust & the other quite ok so it’s hard to say if it helped, but surely can’t hurt!

Hope you ovulate real soon, watery cm looked promising [emoji3]

Noemi I took COQ10/ubiquinol (200 mg/day) for about 5 weeks prior to this last BFP. I have no idea if it helped (I also took it 5 weeks before my last BFP that ended in m/c), but I didn't have any side effects and I definitely say it wouldn't hurt to try it!

Emshe - I don't know about taking it earlier than CD3 in terms of increasing the chance of twins but my RE says they like to see women on Clomid ovulating more than 1 egg because it just increases the odds of conception. They told me this when I had two dominant follicles this last cycle... well, we know what happened there... Worked a bit TOO well. I took mine CD3-7 and my RE believes 3-7 gives the best odds for conception. I'm wondering - on your chart it looks like you're exercising pretty much every day... Maybe cutting back a bit on that this cycle would help? I've read stuff that TOO much exercise can hurt conception chances. If you dropped to maybe 4-5 days a week I don't think that would hurt your sway and may just give your body a bit more rest to help in conception. I don't know - just a thought. Sounds like you are doing everything you can diet-wise to help! Oh and with the temping and OPKs... I would say if you are doing E4D and OPKs, drop the temping if it stresses you out. I understand it's hard doing that (I told myself the last cycle I was NOT going to temp and then did anyways - although they were super inconsistent due to sleep). But, it may help reduce your stress and you know that with E4D plus 1 attempt at OPK you're going to be well covered in terms of attempts!

HDP - I don't know why your cycle is doing this but I'm sorry- that's so frustrating!! Hope you get some answers soon!

Thanks lovely! I hope you’re doing well, I think of you & those babies all the time.

Yeah I’ve decided to stick with cd3, so Saturday. At this stage of the game I think I’ll go with what I know, I so hope my body responds better to it this 4th time like yours did ABC. I keep looking ahead of next month & wondering how I’m going to move on.

Yeah I agree I maybe slow down with exercise, it’s what keeps my mind sane though that’s the problem!

Grabbed some ubiquinol again too. Dropped temping. I think clomid May play a part in the crappy sleep, as now af is here I sleep better.

    Thanks again ABC

Two years later we used femara again and got pregnant first try with my second. Maybe you can speak with your doctor about switching to femara ?
Thanks Jgojah this is interesting. Sadly the quick turn around time with taking with AF I won’t be able to switch & being my last ttc cycle I’ll have to trust in what I have & hope for the best.

Hey ladies! It’s been awhile since I’ve been on any boards, but I’m wondering if any of you can help me understand my chart! I’ve been using FF for a year now, and have never gotten completely different ovulation dates when I switch the settings. Ignoring the crosshairs on this picture, can you guess when I ovulated? I got a surprise faint positive tonight and am wondering if it’s a faulty test or if it truly is positive.5694F803-7597-41A3-B9E0-DDB37B2E99A4.jpeg

My very first swayer who paid me for coaching was told she hadn't ovulated, was not even close to ovulating, and was very likely in menopause and she was looking at a BFP literally 7 days later.

These docs look at a single test result for 20 seconds and they apply no common sense to it, they know next to nothing about your cycles compared to what you guys know. Most people WILL still ovulate, just later than normal. Anovulatory cycles are not that common on this site, very few people will have them, most people ovulate late.

Noemi I absolutely want you to keep trying!

You can add in Coq if you want to but to be honest it's no magic bullet and I actually do doubt it does much of anything. I wish we had the magic bullets but they don't really exist.

Eating enough cals and fat in addition to the dairy, eggs, and salmon??
So glad you posted this atomic because it frustrates me so much! My bfp cycle especially is proof that late ovulation is normal for some!
