Mummy2boys I would definately call that a wine time temp [emoji23] and totally disregard it. The beauty of it is, if tomorrows temp is elevated into usual post o temp range then you know you're in with an awesome chance!!!!! Especially because the first two bd's were 'just because' and you completely chilled out last night! Love it! And cant wait to watch this cycle play out!!! It may eventually be worth adjusting the 'wino' temp when it comes time to crosshairs [emoji6] god knows I've had to disregard a few temps in my time [emoji12]

Haha yeah I think I will definitely discard the wine temp [emoji23][emoji23]
I might even have another attempt tonight too just in case. Can’t hurt right?!

In all honesty emshe I'm a bit of a square bear when it comes to medications so I'll always err on the side of caution [emoji53] (I'll take a panadol like twice a year - one of those annoying people [emoji23]) I have the belief that unless proven otherwise you shouldn't take something for reasons other than needing it (eg. Clomid, aspirin, but I do not in any way hold anything against those that do take it unprescribed) Progesterone is something that can be tested so is that why you have it? Have you needed it in the past? If so then by all means go ahead. Otherwise no, I wouldn't use it....

Yayyyy! Thrilled for you! I would say add an attempt in to increase odds of conception. Your Thursday attempt might mean 3 or 4 days before O, which might significantly lower pregnancy odds, but may sway pink more. It really depends on how soon you want to get pregnant and how many cycles you've been trying!

So I got a + ve Opk yesterday and also as of 10 am this morning. Temps have risen from yesterday but only slightly. Does this mean I will still ovulate today, or I already did? I think if I ovulate today, tomorrow's temp must be much higher, right?

HDP yes if you o today we should see a spike tomorrow. Generally most people will o the day after pos opk so rule of thumb is we like to see a rise 2 mornings after day of pos opk [emoji4]

So what's the politically correct way of saying how long your TTC journey has been when you've experienced a mc? Do you go by cycles from day 1 of trying? Do you subtract the months I was pregnant since it was later than 4,5,6 week mc?

In my mind, I've been actively trying since December '17. Technically 11 weeks of that I was "pregnant", ya know since 1-4 weeks is up to BFP. Then I had a month-8 weeks post d&c of letting hcg leave body. Dang, my story gets confusing. Advice?

I guess it deepens on who you're telling your story to, a medical practitioners I'd tell the full story to, close friend I'd tell most of the details but an acquaintance barely any details.

For me we started our TTC April 2017, concieved first cycle but unfortunately ended in ectopic termination. We were told not to start ttc again for at least 3 cycles, so my cycle didn't return to normal until November 2017.
So to an acquaintance I might say something like "we've been wanting this to happen since the beginning of 2017 but we've had a few hiccups along the way" more of a hint to why I might say we can't wait to hold our rainbow baby

But I don't think there's a right or wrong way, just go with what you feel comfortable with
