Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I didnt do a strict form of the diet but my normal food intake was quite similar, roughly 1800 calories, not much meat.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

His diet was the same as mine, we dont eat alot of meat.

Any Diet Details?

I couldnt skip breakfast but I waited until there was roughly a 12-14 hr gap between dinner the night before and breakfast. I stopped snacking and ate as much vegetarian as possible.

It was not a very strong diet sway.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I weighed about 45kg-46kg and had lost a couple of kg while on diet, started at around 47.5kg before swaying.

weighed similar to last time I swayed. health probably not the best no exercise this time, with my boys my health was good and I was exercising.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I was on Clomid for swaying, we stuck with the 1 attempt at positive opk, no snacking, mostly vegetarian.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

It was an extremely relaxed sway in regards to diet.

Been praying hard about this, hoping I will be happy regardless of the outcome.

@atomic - yes I was shocked too, finished the 12 weeks of diet and my first month with Clomid and we fell pregnant!!! extremely lucky indeed, I was not expecting it to work first time at all. Thanks for the pink dust hehe

A lot of people worry if they get pregnant the first month out but we've talked to lots of all girl moms who always get pregnant the first month out. Plus 12 weeks of diet and Clomid - can't do better than that!
