    Diet coke...

    Hi,

I read a few people on here drinking diet coke or pepsi. I understand that it is low calories, but does it do anything else swaywise?

I have now also read on IG that Tamara says not to drink any coke (not even the caffeine free one) when TTC a girl.

    I am confused now.

    Thanks.

She thinks that soda causes calcium to leach from your body but that idea has been totally debunked. You would have to drink like an impossible amount of soda for many months to even begin to affect your bone density.

We have surveys of moms with a lot of girls and many of them drank large amounts of diet colas. Many of us also know people IRL who do the same, including Halle Berry, who I know for a fact drinks several a day and has a girl. (I don't actually know her LOL )

I only drink coke zero, I used to drink normal coke but switched a few years ago could be the reason why my last 3 children were girls.
