I can't tell anyone if what they're doing is "enough" . People cut out meat totally and still get boys. What I can say is this - any changes you have made about what you were eating before recently (most important) and when you got your boys (less important.) So it sounds to me like you have made a lot of changes in your diet that will sway pink for you, just that in swaying there are never guarantees so I like to be more cautious about telling people whether their sway will work or not. Just don't have that ability!

Argh feel awful been picking at a box of Roses all day at work. And was being so good up until today! I hope the odd cheat day won’t hurt. I only eat between the hours of 12pm and 7pm and try to eat two meals and that’s all. But sometimes a biscuit happens in between

And sorbitol is that safe when pink swaying? It’s an agent in sugar free polos. I learnt the hard way about the side effects of too many sugar free polos *hides with embarrassment* talk about eye of the needle and all that :-/ sorry tmi!

Both 2 and 3 meals a day are fine and 100% acceptable. I always had 3. So if you're having 2 "real" meals and then a few biscuits at teatime it's not a big deal at all, just count that as a third meal.
