Hello! I had a successful sway in 2015 - lots of praying and dieting and exercising 🤣 I'm back for a second sway but am wondering if anything has changed! I did LE diet and exercise. The big difference now is that I'm on Lexapro. One other question - I take lots of B vitamins - is that a no no? Would appreciate any help!
And for those of you wondering about this... DO IT!!! I still can't believe I have a girl but it was worth all that diet and exercise stuff 😂 Atomic is the BEST!!!

Lexapro should only help! Just have a plan in place with your doctor about when, how, and if to come off them for pregnancy.
I would wean off the B vitamins slowly over time, don't just drop them. But yes I'd like to have you come off them prior to 6 weeks before TTC if possible.
Thanks so much! Really appreciate it.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you!! So I can't find my old posts but I think you only wanted me to do 6 weeks of cardio 6-7 days a week last time. I'm approx 114 lbs, 5'4. Last time I swayed I literally didn't drop a pound and we got pregnant on the first try. Would you recommend exercising for any longer than the 6 weeks? I won't TTC until March, but I'm planning on easing into the diet now.
Also... Is exercise better on an empty stomach? Or does it matter? Thanks in advance! I tell everyone about your site!mama to(2011) and (2013)

Thank you!
6 weeks seems to be enough cardio. the diet has def. been better 12+ weeks, but we don't have the same quality of data on exercise (since time on exercise is controlled to a large extent by the weight a person starts with, I find it far too muddied to rely upon) We do know that the 60 minutes seems more important than the number of days a week, but I still feel no matter what our stats are telling us, more is better and 6-7 days a week will ~probably~ get better results overall than 4. Don't go below 4 days. So since you do have time, you could possibly consider for now (or in January) exercising a lesser amount to get into it and then upping it over time as you get closer in. THat way you wouldn't have to go all in 6 weeks before and risk injury or losing tons of weight since your body will have time to adjust.
I prefer you guys eat either before or after exercise, not both. While technically yeah it may be better to exercise on empty stomach, the thing is that if you can't stick to something, it's useless and so it's best to aim for possible goals rather than impossible ones. many people just can't manage to get thru the workout on empty tummy and/or to recover without having something, so the most important thing is pick what works best for you and that you can stick with!!!!
