    What are the chances?

So I know that this site is doing great with stats and I've had a successful girl sway once a couple years ago. My question is -- do my chances go up to have another girl since I've had one or does that not matter? And has anyone had a second unsuccessful sway doing the same thing they did the first time? I know..annoying questions but I am totally curious!

hi yes me!! i had a successful pink sway followed by a pink sway opposite.

this is just my opinion but i think that you should approach each sway as a completely individual thing, this new sway is separate from your last and the outcome is not influenced by the last sway being successful/opposite, you are starting over from scratch
Like when you toss a coin 2 times.. the head/tails result of that second toss is not in any way influenced by the result of the first toss, it is its own thing with its own outcome. I hope this makes sense!!

good luck and pink dust i hope you get your second little girl xx

We can't know this based on our stats. There's just too many variables that come into play.

We have had people who got opposites with second sways and people who had successes. We had 2 people have 3 successful sways in a row, even.

The takeaway here is that it IS possible, but just like always where swaying is concerned, no guarantee.

Munky, are you pregnant yet? And is it a boy or a girl? We consider a second sway as well.

@4blue2pink: did you do exactly the same with your second GD sway as with your first sway? I swayed very hard (diet, exercise) and if we go for a second sway, I will do it very strict again.

Thanks 4blye2pink... this makes me a little nervous about a second sway. I swayed so very hard en will do it that way again but still no guarantee of course.
Hopefully AS knows if I do have to start HE diet/normal eating before I will start my Sway.

yes if only a previous successful sway upped our odds!! but each sway is its own thing, like a coin toss its totally un-influenced by past success/opposites. i dont think you'd need to go HE before you sway, just start LE whenever you're ready and go from there good luck!!

We don't know if anyone's chances change. We don't have the ability to see any one person's chances, only across the entire population.

We have had both people have two successful sways in a row and people who got opposites after one successful sway. This is a pretty small group of people so I could not extrapolate anything about odds based on those people.
