BFP!

Omg so I think I got a BFP (AF is due in 3 days). How likely are the strips to be wrong?! I am beyond shocked. Thank you Atomic and others for all your help.. I'm hoping this is truly a BFP! I'm going to go buy FRER tomorrow just to be sure.

Long story short this was the first cycle that I used the digi opks and as per Atomic's advice we d2d as soon as the solid smiley face came. I did the whole jump and dump.. did a litte prayer then went to sleep lol. I should mention I did use replens every 3 days. The thing that threw me off this cycle was the stupid little opk strips started giving me positives after a negative on the digi so I did a 2nd attempt on the 4th day.

Hoping this is a BFP.. and hoping it's a GIRL.

Ohhh and I'm super nauseous like crazy.. low grade fever.. in and out shivers.. at times I'm sweating. Ahh!

am i right in thinking that you were having the opk confusion? strips going positive after digi? did you add an extra attempt later when the strips turned positive? im in a similar situation.. 5 cycles in and the strips arent positive but the digi is.. think i need to start having some later attempts after the 1st one

ive just read your first post!! (jumped straight to the second one initially!!) it was you i remember your other thread il be picking up e4d after the 1 attempt this month fingers crossed it works for me too

Hey yes so for about 4 cycles I relied soley on the opk strips. I did get positives but very late in my cycle and I just felt something was wrong. So this cycle I got the digi opk and as I predicted I got a positive sooner. The opk strips still were negative. Once the strips went positive the Digi went negative so the whole thing was just driving me nuts. I basically had 2 attempts..the first when I got my solid smiley face on Digi then 3 days later last attempt with positive opk strips. I'd highly recommend getting the clearblue Digi and trying it out. Atomic did mention sometimes the strips can be a bit wonky!! Best of luck

ive got the digi its just the strips are still very negative when the digi is positive!! going to keep going with e4d after the 1 attempt this month and hope it works Thankyou xx

They're never wrong (well, almost never, sometimes you can get a defective test but that's vanishingly unlikely) but you can of course have a very short lived chemical pregnancy. But sounds to me like this is a real deal! Good luck and pink dust!

after maybe the first 1-2 months, it's a good idea to go to e4d after the one attempt to guard against delayed O

I want you to have attempt at FIRST positive OPK of any brand, not the darkest - but just always be open to another attempt either with e4d or else if you get another pos on a different brand!

Thankyou Atomic im going to keep using the digi as i consistently get a positive each month with it and then continue after that 1 attempt with e4d
