Yes continue those things. The fish oil and Centrum are fine to take all thru pregnancy (you may want to wean off the fish oil at 36 weeks) and then the folic acid, take all thru the first trimester and then wean off gradually by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then drop it (keep taking the amount in multivitamin, of course)

All was protected apart from we had condom split on the 7th which im worried about, other than that was all protected until we had unprotected which was from the 12th the first day of smiley opk xx

The condom breaking that day would be microscopically slim to no chance of conception. It's like 1 in 100,000 odds and I suspect the rare time it's happened has been from later than CD 7 when people were having EWCM for quite a long time.

Have seen on other sites most sways fail if bd before 24hours after +opk is this true? And would mine of failed as we bd the night of +opk we got at 7pm x

No, it's not true.

We have everyone do that on here. That's how I and many of us got my/our boys.

I just read your post and wanted to calm you down. Its not true that these attempts are failed sways! I BD as soon as I got my +opk because I had the feeling that my egg would pop within 12h after +opk (I got that impression from my previous cycles where I observed my ovulation closely with temping and being aware of ovulation pains and all that stuff) aaaand it worked!
Ok, for sure every body is different and reacts differently to the LH surge and other crazy hormones....there must be more research still...one can never say something thats true for everyone...blabla
BUT I still hold that the first 24h after +opk are the most important ones for conceiving (a boy). We even bd before +opk every 2-3 days unprotected. Please don't worry about that. I have my fingers crossed for you
