    melon, this was me aswell Its suprising how much processed rubbish I was eating before stopping and looking at it!

    Again, this was me without the HI swaying!! Toast and chocolate or toast with chocolate lol, I wasn't fussy mummy, if you can then try and cut out the white bread and chocolate all together til your bfp, switch to brown if you need to, I would find myself drawn to the nuts at lunch instead of the bread after a while, its suprising how filling they are isn't it!!

    I've stopped the chocolate.
    I don't eat white bread anymore, swapped to 9 seed a few months ago.

    It seems like everyone is using nuts as a snack. I am a huge potato chip fan, and thought the salty treat was good for a boy sway. Nuts seem much healither though, i think I will be making the switch

    Well last month i was just a pig, so was eating nuts AND chips, i am cutting back on the junk now, i am headed into uncomfortable zone with my weight. Nothning wrong with baked potato and lots of salt though

    I go for a boiled egg on a biscuit (cracker type thing) for brekkie...keeps me going till lunch with just an apple snack. Oh and half my body weight in water lol

    Before this I too was having toast, sometimes 3 meals a day...chocolate (yes even for breakfast), lollies, junk, junk, junk!!

    I eat oatmeal for breakfast along with a glass of green smoothie. I blend the smoothie using any greens - kale, spinach even lettuce, with a fruit like banana or orange, a tomato and some nuts like almonds or walnuts thrown in. Keeps me happily full till lunch!
