Did you sway girl? If you lost weight and didn't have any previous belly you will be significantly smaller. Dont worry about the size. Each baby lays so differently and is located in different areas. Placenta is at different placements as well.

Maybe baby is just in a different position or something about your body is different from last pregnancy. FX it will be fine at the scan

Ugh. I just had my third vivid dream of the birth and bubs coming out a boy. In every dream, the birth happens so fast that no one has a chance to get there (well actually my mom was in the one last night). And each dream, I look down, see that he is a boy and feel that twinge of disappointment. Then I dream of girl clothes, pink stuffed animals and wishing I could hold a girl in my arms. It’s so hard not to feel like my subconscious knows for certain and is yelling at me “it’s a boy and you know it!!”

I’m team green and want to badly to just not know but I feel like my intuition keeps interfering with my experience and making me so anxious and telling me clearly that there’s no chance it’s a girl

Dont put any thought into those dreams. It using all your fears and thoughts.

Good luck with team green. I can't imagine that being easy, as I have never even thought of doing it. But many people do it quite successfully.

So I figured out my symptoms. By all 5 kids I had nausea all day from 6 weeks until probably 14-16. This bub is different.

Now I have been feeling heavy and I guess tired. Just lazy. And not always great but unsure why. The later it gets in the evening, I get a tad of nausea in the back of my throat. I go to bed pretty early....

In middle of the night if I wake up for anything more than a quick bathroom trip, I notice I'm terribly nauseous. So I guess I have night sickness?

    What is that even?

    How's everyone feeling?

I guess for me, since it’s our last, this is the last few months potentially that I might ever get to hope for a girl. After bubs is born that’s it, so if it’s a boy, being team green now gives me a few more months to hope and dream

    When will you find out?

Last for me too. But I don't want to spend months hoping it's a girl if it's not. I would be devastated. Easier to just assume it's a boy and girls arent in the cards for me. I would love to be wrong. But after 5 boys I would be a fool to put all my hopes into it being a girl. Been at GD, its not cool.

Going to hopefully see the nub at 13 weeks. Couldn't afford the nipt test which is difficult. My last I had it done and knew boy super early. After nub guessing I'll probably find out at 15 weeks US or 16. Any. I have seen enough penises I know where to find them, lol. No one has to say a word.

My 20 week scan today showed placenta previa and SCH are resolved - healthy baby! He is still a boy, obviously, but I know I will eventually be ok with that.

@Lilyflower - yea it can definitely be stressful, I think I was quite naive in my 1st pregnancy and part way through my 2nd, until my 20 week ultrasound identified some health issues with my DS2. and then these last 2 pregnancies I have felt a kind of anxiety that I couldnt shake until I saw bub delivered, healthy and in my arms.

@Mom25boys - Yes I did sway girl, but I weighed the same when I conceived both my daughter and this pregnancy. I am hoping it was just bub laying in a different way xx and yes unfortunately you can definitely get night sickness which sux cause you dont even get a reprieve while sleeping. I have found if I have to get up to the kids, that sometimes I would feel seedy in the belly for no reason, so assuming its a morning sickness thing.

@gafan - yes im hoping bub was just laying more snug in my pelvis, I have been feeling my kicks very very low near my pelvic bone so that makes sense I suppose. So happy to hear things have resolved themselves with bub and that he is all healthy, that takes alot of worry off your mind I can imagine

So I had my scan at 18 weeks and it appears I was freaking out for no reason lol all appears to be well with bub, measuring just on 18 weeks when I was 18wks 2 days so the Dr was happy with that. They did a thorough physical check of bub and all looks normal and healthy. The only thing of concern that they found was that my placenta is low lying, apparently there is only 1.2cm gap between it and my cervix. So they said they will require another scan at around 36 weeks to just check if its moved up at all, but seeing as they have planned a c-section for me (because of accelerated labour, previous 4th degree tear and previous c-section) they said its not likely to have any negative affect on me. oh and the sonographer also gave us a potty shot to help confirm that we are indeed having a little girl!!
