How important is FR or Abstaining

    Hi again!
How important is frequent release (husband too old for abstain) vs not worrying about what husband does? I feel strange asking him to do that every month.

It's not at all. It doesn't work. I prefer you guys just have them release every 2-4 days or else let him "do what he does".

I would love to erase the entire concept from everyone's consciousness. It was an idea based on some studies, it hasn't worked at all, and I'd love to see it go away and never come back, but so many people still want to use it, I have to keep it around. But it's in no way deserving fo the amount of stress you guys put into it.
