You'll need to provide some more information! What else are you planning to do?

agree with Zana, need more info!
Generally I'm not a fan of Shettles (evidence doesn't support it and it can make it take a lot longer to get a BFP), but if you are adamant you want to do that you could always try both if you frequently release/compressed FR in between

I always say do the opposite of what you did before! My DS was a 5 day cut off! I was thinking of going O+12 for that reason. But it also depends on how fast you want to get pg. You can get pg faster if you do like a 2 day cut off.

carmella - that could work, but remember even with a perfect sway you can still get an opposite so it doesn't mean that what you did before was wrong. Also, it could have been some other factor swaying for you when you conceived last. We DTD every day for a week through OV when we conceived my DS, but I had a very strong blue diet/lifestyle inadvertently even down to the supps, so I believe that it was that that influenced the gender the most in the end.

I agree with rainbow, doing the opposite of what you were doing when you got your boys just doesn't make sense if some of those things seem like the right thing to do once you've read all the evidence - you may decide to do some things exactly the same as before but change the other things you were doing which were boy friendly.

I think the easiest thing to do if you want a small cut-off is to DTD the day you get your +OPK - less stress all round.

I am doing diet as much as possible (we will be on vacation during my attempt!), suppliments (mag, calcium, folic acid, acidopholis, asprin, cranberry), I take zoloft, DH is doing cal/mag, licorice root, asprin, cranberry. I have aci jel and rephresh. I have played with douche and will probably do store bought vinigar douche a few days before attempt (maybe every other with rephresh?). Aci Jel will be used a bunch during day of attempt and after.

I am leaning towards shettles with a 2 day cut off and then maybe an O+12. DH is a smoker and we will be drinking heavily on our vacation. I wouldn't think he has a high sperm count as is, but we have conceived triplets before.

If you're using RepHresh I'd give the vinegar douche a miss, the RepHresh will raise the pH straight away anyway back up to 4.5... or lower it to 4.5 if you happen to be higher than that.

Wow - natural triplets? Was that identical/fraternal?

I think a 2-day cut off is the longest you should have, any more than that and your chances of conceiving drop to about 10% each cycle (assuming you haven't lowered fertility), even on OV day with normal fertility the chances are only about 30% each cycle.

Yes. Two were identical in the same sac. I lost them at ten weeks It was quite traumatic but I have a healthy baby boy from that pregnancy and he is absolutely amazing.

I'm sorry to hear that it sounds traumatic
I don't think the fact that your DH's sperm fertilised two eggs necessarily means that he has high sperm count, though, perhaps you were just very fertile then?
