pms after AF

Just wondering if anyone has pms symptoms after AF has arrived? This cycle was strange for me. I almost always have symptoms of mood swings, very irritable and impatient before AF arrives and then it subsides.
I didnt have any of that..I had some intense cramps on 10 dpo which I thought I would wake to AF but it came 3 days later. It was lighter than normal and I've been so hungry, eating more than I should.
I wonder if my hormones are off or its just a strange cycle.
My temps are higher so far pre o but I wake a lot at night.

I have been having that too off and on over the past few years. Usually I had PMS and then my period comes and it's like sweet relief, but lately I've stayed uptight for a few more days after period comes. It's reallly annoying, LOL

I can't speak to what it means, because they don't even really know what causes PMS to start with, so they're way far from knowing what, if anything changes in PMS signify. :/ but yeah I've experienced that myself.
