Hi ladies. Heading into a third cycle wondering if anyone has suggestions for improving egg quality? With our first two cycles we had 5 to 8 embryos but only one or two made it to “normal“… Wondering if there’s anything that can be done to increase the normals?
I am 40.

I would suggest going onto a lower, but not NO carb diet with lots of healthy fat in it like the Zone, South Beach Diet, Perfect Health diet, and cutting out sugar totally.
Coq10 (ubiquinol) may help but it's no magic bullet.
I would have you on 2000 mcg folate.
Are you taking any other supplements?!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

DHEA is an option. I agree with low carb and plenty of water.
