Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I ate mainly vegetarian with small amounts of chicken and ground turkey for added protein. No snacking and drank alcohol daily.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He ate similar to I did but ate larger portions. He also drank nightly as well.

I ate as healthy as I could while focusing on getting majority of my calories from healthy carbs like fruit, veggies and brown rice.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I had 1 attempt and was exercising heavily. Also I am still breastfeeding our youngest. I was also much more relaxed. I didn’t stress every bit of food I put in my mouth.

Things that make me nervous about my sway: my husband has no girls his side of th family and felt I was bound to make all boys only.

I was much more relaxed this sway and feel as though whatever happened is meant to be.
