How much L-Arginine?

How much L-Arginine are you taking? I was taking it once a day but am now thinking of taking the max dosage (6 caps/day).

Also is it ok to give DH 3 caps in one go

stick with what the bottle says, i agree. and watch to see if your cm dries up..exactly what zivic says. but ithink 500mg is good for dh..i think with those supplements the more you have you may just excrete it, so its pointless to overdo it

I want DH to take 6 like the bottle says but he only takes 2 and some days he just won't take them.
I was having 2 a day but last month it dried me up, but this time I will be taking EPO 3 times a day and cough syrup daily.
Didn't do that last month. Also was thinking of taking just 1 L-arg everyday.

I got it in the powder form (Dont get that it tastes terrible), it said on the lable to take between 2 and 20 grams per day. It lengthened my cycle so i don't take it anymore but DP does, and i can say he is so much more 'in the mood' lately, like bugging me everyday at this stage... sorry if TMI.

L-arg is having not so good side effects for my hubby, I think thats why he doesn't want to take it.
