When I go to that page, there are three questionaries for doctors, then two for attempts... which one is for me? I thought the first three are for IVF/PDG?

So you're not seeing the Custom Sway Questionnaire??? I will message someone who can help, I suspect you may have bought the "readymade plan" bundle instead. We can switch it to custom for you without any trouble.

A lot of people have them. It's not at all unusual and the vast majority have no trouble at all during pregnancy.

I’m not sure if this is the correct place to ask? I’ve just purchased a personalised plan and coaching but I clicked on the link to fill in the questionnaire and it disappeared... how do I access it?

Where is it best to ask you questions??

I have them! Just "reply" to the questionnaire you filled out, that will become your coaching forum and it's easiest for me (and you!) to have all questions in one spot, that way I can quickly reread everything as I need to and give you the best responses.
