    Well 13 dpo for me and bfn and starting to spot so AF will be here on the weekend. DH doesn't want to try anymore because our finances are so tight.

    So now I am 20kilos overweight and no baby.

    Maybe if we cut our portions in half we wouldnt put so much weight on? If i continue to pack on the pounds like i have been i am going to end up very deperessed. This is my 3rd month of the HE diet, and now i seem hungry ALL the time!

    5- so sorry Hun, I'm 30kilos overweight and put on 15 of those while swaying, some the first time and then even more after the m/c. I know I'm not in the same boat as you, I just wanted you to know you aren't alone.
    Sorry dh wants to stop ttc. I say stop the sups, stick to diet and see if that changes finances enough that you can keep going.

    Cinss- before you cut portions try cutting out high calorie proceeded foods. Scale back on the breads and pasta and up the meats, veggies and nuts. You'll pack a much bigger nutrient bang for your buck and ingest less calories overall therefor slowing the weight gain.

    LBAM - I would definitely start tracking with FF. I did it long enough to determine that I O overnight/early morning after my +opk and that by evening cm I start turning creamy. FF can be so helpful figuring out what day that egg'll drop
    what info I need to put into that, I am due to O in about 2 weeks is that enough time to track?

    Things could change in 9 months though, I understand hubby just being cautious though

    Thats what I have been trying to do, lots of food but small portions and eat frequently.

    I'm sorry TTC5! I know our finances are tight as well, but my thought is, when the economy picks up, so will our finances. Things can't suck forever!

    If you decide not to TTC anymore (I hope that isn't the case!!) at least you can start losing weight, right? I had great luck (quick results) with the Atkins diet. But I hope you are going to keep trying for that baby boy!!

    I'm my biggest too but I've been so lucky not to have gained any weight so far! I could just imagine if I was like my sister and gained 20kgs the first 20 weeks! I'm not too worried about it at the moment though, I will take care of it once the baby is born.

    Thanks ladies! I still have some supps left over so may continue those incase hubby comes around but then I am starting to think maybe I do need to wait till things are better? Oh, I don't know
    I just want another little baby, you know? I know I'm lucky to have 4 already...
    My dr comes back tomorrow, going to go ask for blood tests about the + opks. Also, I have rather odd spotting, not like my usual spotting at all. It is very watery and pink like? Only needed a panty liner all day.. not getting my hopes up because I am very crampy. I dreamt last night I did a HPT and it came back 1/2 positive, not sure how that worked lol

    I have put on 5kg since starting the diet so I guess it's not really all that much. I honestly don't know why some people put on more weight than others. Are you doing weights or any cardio at all Flava? I do them 2-3 times a week at the moment.
