At my follicle check yesterday my biggest follicle was 18. It was morning and they were growing about 2mm per day. So last night it should have been 19 or 20 and tonight 21 or 22. But my opk's have been COMPLETELY neg...no line at all. I know some people have said they don't have luck with opks but I have always been able to detect my surge with them. I fear my follicle is going to turn into a cyst. I wasted 3 months to not o'ing got an attempt in last month and now this! And I am taking a break after this month so I don't diet through the holidayz and I can put on some weight. So one attempt in 5 months. Soooo upset right now. I mean there is absolutely no test line and there hasn't been for a week!

Cycle #1 - Antagonist protocol
AFC=24
5/30: start stims (187.5 gonal f), 6/2: decrease gonal to 150 add 1 vial menopur , 6/5: add 2nd vial of menopur, 6/6: add ganirelix, 6/9: no meds, do trigger, 6/11: ER 21 retrieved, 13 mature, 13 fertilized, 9 biopsied, 6/16: transferred 1 XX...bfp! Betas: 10dp5dt 283, 12dp5dt 807, 19dp5dt 8762, 7/21: 7w5d HB 155!

Chicky, that would be frustrating, but i am one of those who does'nt trust opk's, you could have possibly missed your O.
I really hope it all works out for you.

Have you asked your doctor about a trigger shot? You might just need one to get that follicle to rupture?

Calling today to find out. Hope they say yes cause this is crazy! Still no line today. Follicle must be at least 22mm by now on cd 18. Just wish there were even a slight line so I would know there is some lh trying to do something!
