Comments regarding DW's diet changes:
-I skipped breakfast daily and had my first meal between 12 - 1 pm.
Had only 2 meals a day, no snacks ever.
I was already vegetarian (both me and my DH, but not when conceived DD and DS).
I drank a lots of diet drinks per day and added more dairies than usual.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
-6 weeks on diet.

Did you skip breakfast regularly?
-Yes, skipped breakfast for years!

Did DH change his diet with you?
-No.

Comments regarding DH's diet:
-DH is also vegetarian. Lots of diaries and sweets.

-Never.

Did you try to limit caffeine?
-Yes, cut out all caffeine (used to drink daily)

-I love salt.... And i didn't reduce it. Skipped tomatoes under the diet.

Started at 145lbs

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
-Lost weight and my BMI went down a little.
Not that much cardio, but i have a active lifestyle and workplace. Some walks about 45-90 min three to four times/week.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
-My weightloss, no brekkie, being a vegetarian and one attempt. I thought that i never was going to conceive with just one attempt. With DD we had sex many days in a row when i ovulated, i remember i was loosing weight at the time.
With DS we had the same sex pattern (exactly!) no weightloss from what i can remember and we was using preesed.
DS is a runner and always feeling like he's overheated, that's a good thing i think!


Things that make me nervous about my sway:
-I know 6 weeks on LE isn't much. Never thought that we would conceive that fast this time.
That i only could manage a little exercise a week.
That i didn't jump&dump and instead felt asleep.

Vaginal ultrasound today, too small gestational sac and no baby... Now spotting. I guess a fifth misscariage is a fact. So sad.
