The angle of the nub as well as the shape. The nub is parallel to the spine, has 2 parallel lines and looks pointy to me. The skull is also Girly to me.

Thanks for your input DoulaMama! Didn't even notice the two parallel lines... so glad you could point this stuff out. This is my first so I really can't be disappointed either way, but would love to have a little girl. I'm hoping your predictions are true! Will have to wait another month to find out for sure...
