I got a positive OPK yesterday and today. If I am doing O+12 should I try tonight or wait until tomorrow morning? I usually O on CD14 and today is CD13....but I have O'd earlier in the past and later so, not sure when is our best chance to meet o+12. My first boy I did conceive on the day that I o'd and we are trying for a girl.....so maybe I should wait until tomorrow AM?

Atomic will probably chime in but heres my 2 cents... Have you changed your diet or is your sway relying on o+12? Has DH been abstaining? The general consensus here is that timing is the least important part of the sway. It's very hard to know when O+12 is....I have been tracking fertility for YEARS and I still don't know when that is for me. Are you quite young? If not, I wouldn't waste TTC cycles on O+12. Most Girly swayers try to do frequent release or abstinence if DH is younger. I think if you've been following a diet for the past 6+ weeks...then go for it now!! Maybe get DH to release a couple times before doing the deed

Rephresh changed my CM a LOT. So it's hard to tell. I feel like I have O pains right now. I have changed my diet a lot. Reduced sodium significantly and have had only a few bites of red meat in 6 weeks. Doing well on the diet and lost 3 lbs in 6 weeks. I am also 35 years old. Doing o+12 because it seems I conceived either a few days before or on ovulation prior.

I know of many women(I talk to a ton of pregnant women cause I'm a doula
) who have gotten pregnant on O day with both their girls and their boys. Some through IUI
If you've changed your diet, that's the most important thing. Maybe reducing sperm count would work more in your favor than O+12. Atomic mentioned on another thread about 35+yo women having very little chance at conceiving as most women's eggs at that age do not even live that long(doing O+12 that is!).
