Signed up for Dream membership and coaching

Hello,
I signed up for Dream membership and coaching, and I probably didn’t need to; I had already paid for these services. I assumed I just needed to renew my account so i could see all my communication and start my coaching again, but I can’t see anything even after paying and I can’t seem to post to the HT forum. Could someone help?

Hello! It’s a little hard to explain. I used to be able to see all my private coaching conversations with atomic when I went to my Profile page. Now all that history had disappeared. In addition, I have tried several times to post messages to the thread “Better Protocol, thank you to nuthinbutpink and atomic” but none of my attempts are showing up - but I think that may be because I’m not approved to post yet. Just let me know if any of this makes any sense. I’m heading into transfer time and need both you and atomic to get me through!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The posts in our "better protocol" had gone into a moderation queue and just needed my approval. Sometimes our spam filter gets a little overactive during football season (we get a lot of spam) nd starts thinking normal posts are spam. I approved them for you. I'm not sure what is going on with our coaching forum - can you see the posts in the coaching forum itself???

Hi atomic! I gotcha. I actually had posted the same message 3 times in Better Protocol thinking that none were going through. So i deleted the two dupes. Where is the coaching forum? Maybe I’m not looking the right place. I could always just start a new conversation with you, but it would be nice to have the history. Either way I’m going to keep you and nuthinbutpink informed about my ERA journey. It has already started. ❤️
