Not sure if I have pcos though but drs THINK I could due to my long cycles of 45 days or 35 days. I am only 7 stone 10 and don't have any signs of pcos except long cycles.

 Can you have full fat butter, full fat milk and avocado etc on pcos diet?

	February 21st, 2020, 06:52 PM #3^^^ because skim dairy of all sorts is FORBIDDEN on PCOS Diet! Skim dairy is the devil and should be avoided for PCOSers. Full fat is much better for blood sugar !!!
