Hi I am gearing up for my 2 nd cycle in Jan and after the failure of the 1st cycle(no healthy embryo to transfer) i am diagnosed with mild insulin resistance so will be starting the metformin protocol from DEC 1st.
I am currently taking Coq10, bee pollen with royal jelly, vitamin E, prenatal with DHA, folic acid, and protein powder.
Once I start metformin should i continue with all the supplements or should I stop few(like bee pollen,). And till when should i continue taking the supplements??
