Just cancelled my recurring payment via PayPal. Is it possible to refund the $12 that was taken recently since I am not continuing my membership?

Hi il still waiting to receive the full sway package that I paid for last night. I could only download the 21 diet plan. It was the 99dollars girl sway plan. Please help thanks

It sometimes takes us a day or two to get this worked out. I have messages in to tech support and we will get this straightened up ASAP.

Please could I cancel my recurring dream member membership too? I tried to cancel with the bank but couldn’t see it on the direct debit list? Thanks

We don't have the recurring memberships any more but for people who have been on the site, go into your PayPal settings, that's where you cancel. It only takes a click. We don't want to take anyone's money who doesn't want us to LOL!
