I am 95% sure this little one is a boy..just my feeling on it anyway....but he will be loved that is for sure...and to give me such a scare...the little stinker!!

Thought I would take a little time to myself this morning and clear my head before my trip and my next cycle... I cramped all day yesterday really bad like when I was a teen and would curl up on the couch for hours and cry. I couldn't sleep much last night with more cramping, my cough, and poor DS2 having a bad dream. I am still in a little pain but I am hoping AF starts before the day ends.

My MIL called me to ask what I would help make for Thanksgiving Dinner because my SIL is only willing to make her vegan gravy (it's gross). I guess she has been busy baking breads and muffins for herself for a week and doesn't want to cook anymore... bla bla bla. Just like the last several years she isn't going to lift a finger for anyone but herself. So my MIL and I decided what we are going to make based on what we want. Turkey, Ham, Italian Greenbeans, Sweet Potatoes, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Matzo Stuffing, and Cranberry Jello Mold. The men are making the pies... I am so ready to eat. My SIL even called me to ask why I wont make the normal greenbean casserole or real stuffing and I told her that if she wants that then she should offer to make it... hehehe! I don't like normal stuffing and my boys can't have dairy so no casserole.

DS1 is trying to pack his own bag for Grandmas right now... and telling me "turn off the computer we have to get ready to go to grandmas house" and doing a little (huff with hand on his forehead) "OMG". I tried to tell him to pack clothing but he is filling his bag with toys... Ok my laughing is good for the day.

... Anyways I can't believe I have to deal with AF, cooking, and my SIL all at the same time. If you see me post anything during the next week then I am going to be in a bad mood.

z - sorry you're worrying about your nub shots - I have been the same way. It is hard not to obsess. Just remember that nubs are not an exact science and it still could go either way! (and I haven't seen your nub shots yet). you had a great sway!

b- sorry about the GD. It really, really sucks. I hope you are feeling better soon.

I haven't had any spotting since last Thursday! Hoping it is over now. I have a mw appointment next week so i'm looking forward to hearing the heartbeat. Now that I'm getting further along (14 wks), I'm starting to worry about GD. I'm still not sure if i will find out the gender with this baby or not. I found out with my first, not with my second, and they were both hard in their own way. I am leaning towards finding out because if it is a girl, I will have time to shop. Otherwise with three little ones, shopping will be hard. But that is such a superficial reason. I need to think it's a boy, so I'm not disappointed, but I just keep thinking girl.

Tweedle- So glad the spotting has gone! FX'd that's it's a pink bean you have in there!! You could find out in 3 weeks!!! Time flies!!!

Afm- this head cold is terrible I woke coughing and couldnt stop for 10 minutes. I feel like I did 100 situps in my sleep. I'll be so happy to be healthy again.
I hope the u/s place is ok with me bringing my 18mos old tomorrow...my close friend is watching my 2 older boys but she has 4 kids herself...wanted to lessen her workload. Hopefully he'll sit on the table and stay still....
Tomorrow can't come soon enough!!!

Hey ladies - I had the u/s today but I don't have any news. I asked the tech if everything looked ok and her response was "I'm not allowed to disclose anything". I hate that! It's my f***ing body!!!

Anyway, I have my doctor appointment scheduled for Friday, so I guess I'll find out then.

pp - sorry you're feeling so crappy. You too, DM - though the excitement of tomorrow must be helping make you feel a little better. I still have this horrible cough - it's going on 3 weeks now. I'm going to ask my doctor about it on Friday as well.

Mocha - That's just ugh that they wouldn't tell you what they saw on the u/s. I'm sorry your HPT was still positive too. {hugs}

Tweedle - I'm happy the bleeding has stopped, let us know how your midwife appt goes!

PP - I'm sorry you're having a rough time. I love hearing your food plans for Thanksgiving because I honestly have no idea what half the dishes are! Do you eat similarly for Christmas?

Flava - I really hope you get that BFP. Thank you for always making me smile - you're turning in to a 'feeler' too hey?!

Princess - I can't wait to hear about your scan! Exciting

AFM - I just went on to the ultrasound website and there were appointments available that weren't there before so I've phoned and left a message asking if I can change my appointment to Thursday 8th December, in just over 2 weeks. Eek! My nausea has made a return these past couple of days when it's been gone for the past couple of weeks - what's that all about?!
