Hello out of the blue!
I read somewhere that the rephresh might prevent pregnancy but the website said it is fine. Is this to keep ph down?
Will he be releasing twice a day then everyday? How shallow? DH and I keep talking about it and get confused...what the heck does that mean?
Do you think the cutoff will help for getting pregnant or for trying for a girl? How long is your cycle...will you be tired of bding by then? Mine was only cd12. I have no chance bc DH hardly had any sperm and I got up right away! I am sad!
I really have to let the whole timing thing go as well. It is totally ingrained in my head!

My odds are slim maybeoneday!
DH released a couple hours before we dtd. I told him we could wait but he said there would not be much there later...then the panic and stress kicked in or we would have kept dtd!
Clearly we will not get pregnant and I am sad!

RepHresh will definitely lower sperm count w/the lower pH is induces and if you use too much, you won't have any live swimmers left. I figure half an app every 12 hrs is okay for what we've got planned. DH will just start releasing when I start AF and then we'll just dtd every night when AF comes. I know a lot of guys will release 2-3 x per day but DH is over 35 (as am I), taking Lic Root and w/the RepHresh/Sylk, I think it's an okay plan for us. Hopefully it'll be enough to get preg and sway girl. As far as the cut-off goes (when I get my 1st +OPK), I don't think it really sways, just that we'll be sick of dtd for a long time and will be ready to throw in the towel. I'm just getting my cycle back and had just gotten it back w/my last preg (my m/c one) so who knows how long it'll be...???
So I just read on another thread that you attempted an O+12 so you've O'ed already...Who knows...you could very well get your BFP this time around. Last June, DH dtd ALL the time and never got preg. Then when I was taking a break from swaying, I accidentally got preg off of a 7-day cut-off. It seems like all my BFPs have been kind of unexpected like that. Babies work in mysterious ways...
Got my FX for you, lemon!Jen+ DH

Sounds like a great sway, Jen! Here's my plan:
-skip breakfast, follow LE diet but allow myself up to 50g of protein and focus on getting enough iron. I'm going to try to stay as healthy as possible while keeping as best I can to the diet.
-I'm taking folic acid and Vitex twice a day. I might start taking Baby Aspirin again once my bleeding is done, and I also might use Zyrtec if I have lots of ewcm around O.
-once all my spotting is done and I have the results from my u/s and blood test and know the m/c is complete, I'm going to start using a teeny bit of rephresh every 3 days - probably about 1/4 applicator.
-IF we have some warning O is coming I might ask dh to release at least once before dtd, maybe twice. I don't think my body is up to dtd daily so soon after my m/c, especially as I have no idea when O will come and could be DTD for weeks on end! Once I have my +OPK (or maybe even once I start seeing a fade-in) we will dtd once a day until I know O has happened.

Blue and Mocha - you both have great plans and I have everything crossed for a fast and sticky BFP. You both deserve it x

not necessarily - swimmers are only in the VJ for 5-15mins anyway before making it into the cervix. plus there will be semen in there too keeping them alive so I don't think you can use "too much" RepHresh... although any you do use will kill some of them I expect.

Hi ladies! I'm just checking in really quickly. Work has me running in circles.
I had a normal cycle last cycle, thank goodness, but I am still starting Vitex again. I cannot handle this PCOS. So stressful.
I have been working out. Belly dancing is EXTREMELY difficult. My my. I am also trying to start Pilates again very soon.
DH and I had a talk about babies and I think we may not have any more. We both feel that we aren't in a financial place to do this. We both really want a daughter, but I don't know if it will happen.
That's all! Carry on! I'm stalking certain ladies tickers to find out if they're having girls.03
