I’ve taken 1 of these a night for the past 6-7 years. So it’s 1/3 the values displayed because a serving is 3 tablets. Would it disrupt my sway to keep taking it?

I recommend coming off all nutrient supps as they may sway blue. Reservatrol also may sway blue. Melatonin, I have concerns as to its safety during pregnancy. But it is quite a low dose, very likely too little to sway or cause harm, especialy considering you've been taking them so long and your body will have adjusted to them.
The catch is that if you absolutely need them, you may not be able to get by without them anyway. So I will leave that decision up to you. We do have people take nutrients during TTC and still get girls, plus a lot of IVF people take melatonin and have no ill effects from it, it's just that I like to err on the side of caution when people decide whether or not to ADD in supplements, if that makes sense.
rereading this it doesn't make sense so let me say again:
When someone is not already taking a certain supplement or can easily wean off, I have them skip it.
But if you need a supplement for your health or well being (especially one you've been on a long time!) I am ok with people continuing it as long as they're aware of the thought process underlying why we don't use them.
Two different sets of circumstances, and so please follow your gut and do what will work for you.Last edited by atomic sagebrush; May 11th, 2020 at 11:10 AM.

I can give it a go without it. Would I be able to replace it with something girl friendly? Chamomile tincture?

Give it a whirl and if it's a no go, then find a melatonin with just that and not the other stuff in it.

So I’ve finished day 2 of LE slow burn diet. I walked for an hour. Is walking enough? I’m in horrible shape.

Walking is PERFECT and in fact is my preferred form of exercise because when people do harder exercise, they often end up injured. Most people who succeeded with swaying did in fact walk.
