He said I looked 'green' but Bp was ok and gave me electrolyte re-balance drinks! YUCK!! Feeling better today thankfully as I was due to have Root canal treatment at 1pm and have waited 2mths for the appt. Better tonight thankfully! although every muscle aches from all thw wretching and vomiting.... I thought my MS was bad!!! It was so bad I missed ds1's lazer quest birthday party! Luckily his actual b'day was sat, so we had a good day then and a meal (so doc wondered if food poisoning). So poor Dh and my mum had a troop of boys to look after!! x

DM, I WILL be up as late as I have to be to hear ur girly news!!!!! FX

Mocha, so sorry to hear about the US tech, how insenstive! Betcha she's not a mother!! Hope ur ok? x

Hello to everyone else...baby brain and the tail end of this bug fuzzing my mind... xx
OMG you have a root canal appt! You poor girl!!! xoxo I'm sorry about your illness That totally sucks I know all about that feeling. I had a nasty flu while pregnant with DS3 and Ipuked for 12hrs straight and had to have 3 bags of IV fluid in the hospital. It was awful...especially since it took her 10 mins to find a vein and I HATE needles....ick. I hope that you're back to normal soon!

I'm feeling a bit nervous with all the stalkers now!!! Come on vagina shot!!! Woot woot!!

The cal/mag thing worries me - obviously I'm getting very little calcium on the LE diet...should I drop that part of the sway and start taking cal/mag again? At least if I took my cal/mag in pill form I could avoid the increase in protein an increase in dairy products would mean.
Sorry! Totally forgot to answer this question. Yes, you would drink 1-2 cups of both kinds You can continue taking both through pregnancy as well. I drink 1 cup RRLT daily throughout

I actually quite like raspberry leaf tea - I was worried it would have a bitter or medicinal taste, but it's very mellow and tastes more like real tea than many other herbals I've had. I've come to look forward to my afternoon and evening cup.

Oh, and after doing some quick searching it looks like alfalfa might sway blue. I'm trying my best to balance a healthy diet with a pink sway, so if that's the case I might avoid it for now. Can any blue swayers here verify this? DM - were you taking it when you conceived your little pink bean? (and yes, I would be completely gobsmacked if this bean turns out to be anything but pink tomorrow - I can't wait to see your announcement!)

I haven't taken it before pregnancy at all. I start once I am pregnant. You could maybe go that route??? Maybe just the teas until your BFP and then add all those great healthy vits/minerals after I LOVE RRLT I drink it during my period for cramping/blood loss, it's great. The Nettle is definitely more medicinal. I can only handle one cup per day. It doesn't have all the nutrients that Clover/Alfalfa have so it may be worth taking with the sway. It has a lot of Iron/Vit K which would help with a sticky bean xoxo

Oh and thank you about the pink bean comment!! I have it stuck in my head that it's a girl so I don't even want to think about the possibility that it's not. I'll be a complete mess if it's not Makes me wish I hadn't seen that damn nub at all...

I drank galleons of Raspberry Leaf tea when pg with Ds1, near the end to bring on Labour, it's widely used here in the UK for that. I loved it too! Tastes fab hot or cold. x
